The PFC: Gender and Sexuality Civil Rights Response Team is charged with affirming the college’s commitment and protections for individuals across the sexual and gender spectrum. The gender and sexuality Civil Rights Response Team is also a critical partner in guiding the college towards an inclusive college culture and developing shared institutional values, common language and definitions, reframing gender as a social construct and crafting a more equitable future for all genders and sexualities. The PFC: Gender and Sexuality Civil Rights Response Team also monitors emerging local and national issues relating to gender and sexuality Civil Rights that may have an impact on the PCC community.
