Creating a quiz with questions from the Question Library
It is a best practice to create questions in the Question Library and then import them to a quiz. Creating a quiz from the Question Library will ensure that the questions exist in both the library and the quiz. If the quiz is later deleted, you will still have a copy of the questions in the Question Library.

Add a question to a quiz from the question library
If you have already imported or created quiz questions in D2L Brightspace, they can be added to a quiz by following these steps.
- Click on the title of the quiz you want to add questions to.
- On the Questions area, click the Add Existing button.
- Click the Browse Question Library button.
- On the pop-up window, you can leave the Source field set to “Question Library,” which is the default.
- Locate the quiz or question set you’d like to copy questions from into your new quiz.
- Select the questions you want to include in the quiz by checking the box to the left of each question (or select them all by checking the top box next to the folder name).
- Click Import.
- The questions you have selected will be displayed on the Quiz Layout page. If you want to add more questions, repeat Step 3..
- Click Save and Close at the bottom of the page.
