Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
The Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) website provides information about all the teacher education programs in the state. To find out which colleges provide programs in the subject and level in which you’re interested in teaching, visit the TSPC webpage.

Oregon requires that teacher candidates pass a content examination in the subject area(s) they wish to teach. Later, during student teaching, they also need to pass the edTPA, a comprehensive exam demonstrating their ability to plan, conduct, and assess instruction.
