Request a space

The college is unable to guarantee the accommodation of requests received less than 30 days prior to a requested event date. Use of space is dependent upon the availability of facilities, staffing, and equipment. Event request forms are a preliminary step only and should not be considered a confirmation of any event.

Note: there are two event request forms for external guest users. Please select the correct form for your event and fill it out completely prior to submission.

  • Event request application: use this form to reserve space for all routine events
  • Freedom of expression application: use this form to reserve space on a PCC campus for a speech, literature distribution, displays or signs, petition circulation, and other forms of free expression. (Please see the freedom of expression policy for more information.)
