Future Connect Application

Future Connect is open to first generation or low income students who will have a high school diploma or GED within Multnomah County, the Hillsboro School District, or the Beaverton School District by the end of the school year and will be attending PCC starting Fall Term 2017.

If you meet the eligibility requirements for the Future Connect program and would like to apply, please fill out the form below. This application will not be saved if closed. Please be prepared to complete the entire application then click submit when finished. This is a secure form to ensure the safety of your personal information.

For high school students applying to Future Connect

The priority deadline has passed. This application will remain open until May 1. You are welcome to submit an application but please note that applications that are submitted now may not receive full review given the large number of applicants this year.
