Course Description
Participants will learn the CQA Body of Knowledge in this instructor-led online course. The class format includes lecture, reading, interactive class scenarios, and practicing online test questions in preparation for the ASQ CQA exam.
Intended Outcomes for the course
The basic terms, concepts, and purposes of audits, as well as the roles, responsibilities and
legal issues surrounding them
The steps of an audit, from preparation to closure methods
Articulate auditor competencies, including resource management, conflict resolution,
communication, and interviewing techniques
The elements of audit program management, effectiveness, business applications, and
auditor training
Fundamental quality control tools, sampling methods and descriptive statistics
