Course Description
A brief training course for inexperienced online instructors who are taking over and teaching an existing online course at PCC.
Intended Outcomes for the course
1. Given an accessible, well-developed, high-quality online course, make minimal changes to the course and prepare it for teaching.
2. Teach the course to 3-5 volunteer students in a supervised training environment.
3. Reflect on the experience of teaching online and create a plan that emphasizes continuous learning and improvement.
