Course Description
This 2-day course will provide an introduction and operation overview of the new Tier 4 Electronically controlled Bobcat engine. It will focus on engine operation characteristics, after treatment systems, engine diagnostic software, general maintenance, and safety concerns of the new Tier 4 engine. This is not an engine rebuild class.
Intended Outcomes for the course
This course will cover an electronic and mechanical overview of the engine, as well as the capabilities of the Bobcat service software, which is needed for troubleshooting and programming the engine.
