Course Description
42 hour Home Health Aide, 22 hour on-line didactic, 8 hour on site lab, 12 hour clinical. Prepares CNA1s to work in Home Health Agencies.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon graduation the student will receive a certificate of completion and PCC will submit the necessary paperwork to the OSBN for CNA 2 certification. Once processed by the OSBN, the student’s CNA 2 certification will appear on the OSBN online license verification system. The process, from graduation to online verification, takes approximately 3-4 weeks. The CNA will not receive a new license indicating their advanced training.
