Course Description
For employees of contacted organizations only. Renewal in evaluation & management of the adult acute cardiac event. Required: Basic ECG interpretation. Text required: Available at the PCC Sylvania bookstores. Must show current ACLS card.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Participants who successful complete this course will be able to:
1. Participate as active and contributing team member or leader in adult emergency cardiovascular care situations.
2. Recognize the indication for and apply appropriate and effective interventions that follow current AHA ACLS/ECC guidelines.
