Welcome Fashionistas! Learn to draw the fashion figure, develop skills in drawing clothing and create fashion figures dressed in your own design ideas or from fashion looks that you like.

Estimated prices below are based on Blick Art Materials pricing. The Starred (**) items will be needed for the first class session.

  • **14” x 17” 60 lb. Strathmore Windpower (spiral on left side) sketch pad
  • 14” x 17” Bright white 16 lb.layout bond paper ($10) -- OR -- you can use instructor provided 11”x17” 20 lb. copy paper
  • **Mechanical pencil with extra lead 0.5 mm hb (price varies)
  • **Pencils: hb, 2b, 2h ($1 each)
  • **White Mars Staedtler eraser ($1)
  • Gray eraser ($1)
  • .03, .05 and .08 micron pigma pens or something comparable ($2.40)
  • Set of 24 water color pencils ($6-12)
  • Colored markers to be chosen for your design project
  • **18” x 2” clear plastic ruler ($3.70)
  • Protractor ($2)
  • Compass (price varies)
  • Circle template (price varies)
