I am the HR Rep for the Rock Creek Campus as well as district divisions including Facilities Management Services, Technology Solution Services, Institutional Advancement and Academic & Student Affairs (Instructional Support, Enrollment Services, Disability Access Services, Grants, Libraries, Perkins, International Education, Institutional Effectiveness and Staff & Organizational Development).

My role is to be a resource for a full range of HR services and assistance to employees and managers including: contract interpretation, grievances, employee relations matters, recruitment and selection processes and performance management.

I have office space Downtown in the Human Resources Department and at the Rock Creek campus.  My typical schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Rock Creek and Tuesday and Thursday at the Downtown Center.
