The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership works to improve the lower Columbia River by protecting and restoring nature and clean water for current and future generations. To augment existing efforts, the Estuary Partnership focuses on bringing together the whole picture; building capacity of partners and leverage resources and providing information; and removing barriers to better management of the lower Columbia River through collaboration, convening and coordination. The Estuary Partnership provides youth education programs and opportunities for citizens to explore the lower Columbia River region and to help wildlife through tree plantings and river cleanups.
