Meals on Wheels People prepares and serves 5,000 meals every workday.  Approximately 2,700 of those are delivered to home bound seniors through the Meals-on-Wheels program.  Meals-on-Wheels meals are delivered between 10:30am and 1:00pm, Monday - Friday.  Weekend supplemental and holiday meals are delivered to the frailest seniors.  We also provide meals to seniors in our congregate dining halls located throughout Washington, Multnomah and Clark Counties.

Deliver Meals-on-Wheels (use your own vehicle to deliver meals to seniors)

Adopt-a-Center Improvement Project (painting, cleaning or gardening)

Work in our Central Kitchen (pre-plating, assembly line, dishwashing, & food prep)

Adopt-a-Route (an organization delivers meals to the same 6-10 seniors, one day/week, every week)

Milk Carton Coin Bank Campaign (request banks to distribute at your company to fill and we'll pick them up)

Decorate Gift Cards/Placemats.   (We love to receive holiday & seasonal gift cards to share with our seniors)
