Friendly House creates a thriving community by connecting people of all ages and backgrounds through quality educational, recreational and other life-sustaining services. Friendly House offers many opportunities for short-term volunteering and long-term, unpaid internships. Particular needs include Chinese Mandarin translation; preschool & K-5 after school classroom assistants/mentors; companions and helpers for frail seniors; telephone reassurance providers for seniors; GLBTQI senior outreach & events assistant; and more.
