What We Do

Insights offers programs ranging from child development education and family support in the Healthy Start and SEEDS programs, to intense case management in the ECM and Echo programs.  These programs  provide in-depth case management focusing on attachment for young parents at risk for child abuse and neglect.  The Christina Project provides individual DV education, advocacy, case management for women with current/past history of domestic violence.

Opportunities for service with us

There are opportunities to learn while working with a team of family advocates to provide support and education in a group format.  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4-6 p.m. Insights offers groups in the Healthy SEEDS, Make Parenting A Pleasure, and Christina Project.  Working with the children to provide a safe and nurturing experience while their parents are in group is a valuable piece of the program.  This includes providing basic care, but more importantly planning and providing quality experiences and experiential learning is of the utmost importance for the children who attend groups with their parents.
