SUN Community Schools transform schools into community learning centers. Linking with other community institutions, SUN extends the school day and broadens the educational resources for the community. Also, SUN brings and coordinates services to the community, brings the community together to break down isolation and strengthen families, and builds relationships across generations, cultures and incomes. Rigler is a K-8th grade school in NE.

Our program runs in trimesters, starting Oct. 4th Monday-Thursday.

With us- you can:

• Teach a SUN class for the Extended Day program from 3-4pm, 4-5pm or 3-5pm.
• Run snack and recess time from 2:15pm-3pm.
• Assist in Program Development between 9-6pm
• Assist in Administrative duties between 9-6pm.
• Other duties and/or ideas to help you fulfill your career and learning goals
