| TIP: Teaching Improvement Program Recruiting Session |

Event Details: The Teaching Improvement Program has been on the Rock Creek Campus since 1988. It uses a systematic approach to teaching improvement based on your individual needs. A trained Teaching Consultant assists your collection and analysis of data, development and implementation of teaching strategies, and recollection of data to assess effectiveness of your activities. Your consultation with the peer instructor continues on an individual basis throughout the term. Come to this session to learn more about how to participate and how this program can improve your teaching. Facilitated by Chris Kernion, Trained Teaching Consultant for TIP.

One of our functions is to discuss issues of educational interest and concern and to make recommendations to the District President. | Student and Enrollment Services - Week Seven: What You Need to Know |

Event Details: This is a follow-up session from the New Faculty Institute. All faculty are welcome to attend as information will be presented to assist you and your students in the classroom.
Whether you attended the New Faculty Institute this year, or would simply like to gain more information on responding to students’ issues, staff from the Dean of Student Development, Disability Services, and Enrollment Services offices will use a “mini-scenario” workshop approach to illustrate typical problem situations, which offers you an opportunity to work out your best response. PT Faculty Stipends Available.
