BEFORE YOU SET UP AN APPOINTMENT
•Discuss your Proctored Examination options with your instructor before attempting to set up a Proctored Examination appointment. It is your instructor's decision as to whether to utilize the Proctored Examination service.
SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT
Call 971-722-5234 or e-mail: testing.ca@pcc.edu and set an appointment for the following days and times.
(Note: Maximum of 8 students per appointment time.)
Monday at 2 p.m.
Tuesday at 9 a.m.
Wednesday at 12 p.m.
Thursday at 9 a.m.
WHEN YOU SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Bring valid picture ID.
• Do not bring children or visitors when testing.
• No electronic devices of any sort will be allowed while testing, unless specifically noted by the instructor on the Proctored Examination Instruction Form.
• The student must leave books, bags, and other belongings in a designated area at each Proctored Examination site.
• Proctored Examinations must be turned in immediately when the specified time limit is over. No exceptions.
