This room is reserved primarily for library instruction. If you would like to collaborate with a librarian for an instruction session, please send your request and a librarian on your campus will contact you.
Please contact Carrie Peterson if you would like to reserve the library classroom for a different use which does not require a librarian. You may not reserve the room more than one week in advance unless it is for library instruction.

It's important for students at this point (end of ESOL) to receive some good tips and guidance on how to do efficient and effective online research. I think many students rely on Wikipedia and feel rather lost and overwhelmed by the sheer volume of websites.
I would be thrilled with the learning outcomes listed above! Other notes: I have indicated 60 minutes for instruction, but if the process includes time for students to spend doing on their own afterward, I am more than happy to allow them a full two hours in the library. The class meets on MW 6:00-8:10
