Assignment description and sample topics: The assignment is an Informative
Synthesis, which is focusing on a specific topic: higher education in America
today. The students will have already read two articles, both published in
national journals. They will be looking to get some helpful tips how to use
the library databases to find LOCAL articles about Oregon higher education.
