RD 115 Messersmith-Glavin *bk

This is the in-library portion of
the RD 115 Info Lit project. Ss will have their RQs narrowed down and will
be ready to look for sources. Ss will begin to differentiate between valid
and invalid sources, and will consider the differences and various benefits
of varying formats (books, online journals, newspapers, etc).
Upload class assignment and other relevant documents:
What are your learning outcomes for this session?
- Locate potential resources to help answer RQ
- Survey variety of types of sources available for research
- Differentiate valid and invalid (or less trustworthy) sources
- Begin to recognize MLA style
- Locate help with citation (e.g. easybib.com)
