7 p.m. - 8 p.m.

WR 122 Wright *jr

Do you need time to discuss non-library matters with your class on the day of library instruction? Yes: We'll discuss reading and their first essay after the LI session.
I will provide the librarian with some student topics for the essay. I'd love to talk with the Librarian when the time approaches. Thanks!

What are your learning outcomes for this session?
Learn research strategies for writing essays.
Evaluating sources.

I'm not obsessed with peer-reviewed or scholarly journals... most students won't ever use them outside of academia. Would rather they learn useful searching, evaluating credibility... etc.
