Assignment description and sample topics: I would like my class to receive an
overview of services and resources available, a tour, how to search for
journal articles using the online database, and additional resources such as
requesting material from another institution. I do not have a direct
assignment linked to the visit, rather it is to create awareness and
confidence of using library services.

- Perform an efficient search of the library catalog for books and other
materials (15 minutes)
- Differentiate between scholarly journals and magazines (15 minutes)
