Join The Women's Resource Center and The Black Student Union for an eloquent presentation of the evolution of black music in America from its earliest beginnings to the present day. The lecture builds on how Black music is/was born as a response and tool in the fight for freedom, justice, and equality. Presentation led by Hasan Salaam and Walidah Imarisha.
