	Event Campus: RC Building 9, Room B (Events Center) Event Details: Dr. Varsha Ainapure, Fulbright post-doctoral scholar at Temple University, Philadelphia and Associate Professor at Khandwala College, Mumbai, India will present on online education and new opportunities made available by online education. She will share her research and discuss instructor's role to make online classes effective. The event is open to faculty. Lunch will be provided. 	Event Campus: RC TLC Event Details: The Teaching Improvement Program has been on the Rock Creek Campus since 1988. It uses a systematic approach to teaching improvement based on your individual needs. A trained Teaching Consultant assists your collection and analysis of data, development and implementation of teaching strategies, and recollection of data to assess effectiveness of your activities. Your consultation with the peer instructor continues on an individual basis throughout the term.
