Physical Education and Dance
PE Facility Access: Students enrolled in a PE class can sign up for a locker and receive access to PE facilities by providing a student ID and a printed class schedule to the following areas on the following PCC campuses:
Rock Creek: Building 5, Gym
Cascade: PEB (Physical Education Building) Front Desk
Sylvania: HT 114, Issue Room Window
Students not enrolled in a PE class interested in using PE Facilities during open recreation hours can pay a $12 PE Facility Fee at the business office of the campus they wish to have access and then present the receipt and student ID at the locations listed above or enroll in PE10.
Insurance: Students are encouraged to have medical insurance and a recent physical exam.

Circuit Weight Training
Sylvania Campus: Register for the most convenient time for you. However, you are not restricted to your registration time and may come to any other open lab time. Two mandatory orientations required: the first Monday, Jan. 4th or Tuesday, Jan. 5th; and the second on Wednesday, Jan.6th or Thursday,Jan.7th during regularly scheduled classes. Returning students to PE 181E may workout during orientation.

Ski and Snowboarding Lessons at Mt Hood Meadows
Rock Creek and Sylvania offer skiing and snowboarding at Mt Hood Meadows on Saturdays. Register for the program and fee package that best suits your needs. Classes are graded on a Pass/No pass basis. PCC also offers a non credit option. Rock Creek and Sylvania Program: Saturdays, January 23-February 20, 2010. All students must attend the orientation meeting on Wednesday, January 13th, at the Rock Creek Campus, building 9, room 122a at 6:30PM or Thursday January 7th at Sylvania Campus, CT (201) Little Theater at 6:30PM. Students can purchase a bus ticket for 5 round trip rides for $175. All lesson package and bus fees will be collected at the orientation meeting. Make checks payable to Mt Hood Meadows.
