Participants will discuss case strategy, food formulas and nutrient actions (intake/deficiency) and body typing. Covers client assessments (both laboratory and in-office examples) in a food therapy context, student diet diary, and personal diet assessment will be used to increase comprehension of the applications of food therapy for acute and chronic conditions, compliance, and capacity for beneficial change.
