Covers principles of therapeutic communication, oral, written, and electronic communications in the provision of EMS. Includes: documentation of elements of patient assessment, care, transport, communication systems, radio types, reports, codes, and correct techniques. Prerequisites: EMS 105 and EMS 106, WR 121.
