Tahitian dance is a great cardio workout so you'll exercise without even knowing it and have fun at the same time. This class covers the basic fundamentals of Tahitian dance including posture, basic steps and hand motions. You will use your body and mind to its fullest potential while learning an entire choreographed routine. You will also increase stamina and build strong muscles.
