Focuses on skills to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility through swimming. Includes water and land exercises, lap swimming, and water games. Includes all competitive strokes for improved conditioning. Introduces open water swimming techniques. Recommended: Swim Conditioning II, intermediate level swimming skills or equivalent.
