Provides a foundation on the collection, analysis and dissemination of information related to threats to the nation in an attempt to facilitate informed decision-making, policies and appropriate operational response while at the same time maintaining respect for the Constitution and privacy of the American people. Introduces security management of disasters and threats to the national infrastructure. Prerequisites: WR 121 and CJA 111.
