Tartness (or acidity) is a key component of balance in cooking. Wine has naturally vibrant acidity. What happens when these two meet? It's shocking and delicious. We'll give you easy-to-use tools you can share at home with friends. 

You'll taste six wines of varying colors and style. We've got a fun system for you to rate the wines and put them into a list of favorite to least. Once you know what you like and what you don't, we're gonna mix it all up! How? Your job will be to taste each of the wines again with the "tart" component of the day. Then we'll ask you to create a new list of favorite to least. We'll discuss each of the wines and what happens to them when they meet the "tart" component. Then we'll finish things off with some foodie snacks that'll make the wines sing.

Must be 21 years old or older to participate in classes serving alcohol.
