Come learn and practice fundamental knife skills in this informative and delicious class. Emphasis on knife selection, safety and technique. We'll cut veggies for vegetarian soups and salsas. Optional: bring your own securely wrapped knives.
This is a hands on class. We'll feature several recipes to practice our cuts, using a Japanese knife as part of this class that will become yours!
