Chutneys are an integral part of the Indian meal. We'll explore many different spice combinations and take advantage of an abundance of fruits and vegetables. You'l leave class with a jar of chutney to take home with you.
This class is vegetarian/vegan. We'll make fresh chutneys, which are prepared and consumed on the same day, as well as cooked, fruity chutneys, which are left for flavors to mature.
