The key to every business is the ablility to make a plan and systematically work to accomplish it. Learn to identify key tools for planning and determine the correct tool to use at just the right time in order to maximize profits.
In this EDS module, entrepreneurs will identify and demonstrate key tools for planning different aspects of their business, including: Mission/Vision/Core Values; the SWOT analysis; The Business Model (i.e. how your business makes money); key financial planning and management tools; key technology tools and much more!
The EDS is designed to help launching stage entrepreneurs develop a solid foundation of the essential skills necessary to support a successful business. Series consists of 5 separate modules, each on a topic essential to business success: Knowing Yourself as a Business Owner; Planning for Business - How to Make Money; Understanding Your Financials; Marketing, Marketing, Marketing; Building Operations and Systems.
