MT200 Semiconductor Processing
Explores aspects of semiconductor processing. Covers semiconductor device design (photo-voltaic cells, diodes, bipolar and MOSFET transistors) and the following manufacturing processes: oxidation, lithography, etch, doping, deposition, planarization, and test/sort. Prerequisites: MT 102, MT 103 or MT 104, MT 240, SP 130 or SP 215, or instructor permission. Audit available. (For detailed information, see the Course Content and Outcome Guide ).
