MCH160 Drilling Machines & Operations
Covers setup, applications, parts and operation of the sensitive, upright and radial arm drill presses. This course introduces the commonly performed operations of drilling, reaming, counterboring, countersinking, spot facing and tapping on the various types of drilling machines used to produce part features to print specifications. Prerequisites: MCH 100, 125, 135. Audit available. (For detailed information, see the Course Content and Outcome Guide ).
