From the Instructor:
Students are required to take the Course Informational Quiz during the first week of class as noted within quizzes before gaining access to weekly discussion topics. Course materials open each Friday @ 12:01 am, and close the following Friday @ 11:59 pm. There are five tests, and a term paper required for this course. The term paper requires spending several hours in an actual courtroom setting in order to capture the elements needed for the term paper. I strongly encourage students to schedule a courtroom visit sooner vs. later in the term. Course materials open each Friday @ 12:01 am, and close the following Friday @ 11:59 pm. Students who are not on the wait list will not be accepted after the first week of class.
