CH104 Allied Health Chemistry I
Includes general principles of chemistry; atomic structure, mole concept, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, and gas laws. This is the first course of a three course sequence. Designed for students in a health science program, e.g. Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technician, Vet Tech, or for a laboratory science elective. Prerequisite: WR 115 and RD 115 or equivalent placement test scores. Prerequisite/Concurrent: MTH 95. Audit available. (For detailed information, see the Course Content and Outcome Guide ).
