MCH240 Cutting Tool Technology
Covers types, setup, applications and specifications of cutting fluids and cutting tools. Introduces why the selection of the appropriate cutting tools and cutting fluids are essential in metal cutting operations to reduce the heat and friction produced during material removal operations and how the selection, setup and applications affect the quality, accuracy, efficiency and productivity of the workpiece produced.
