Portland Community College | Portland, Oregon

Learn or refine core NLP skills in communication, language, learning, goal setting and managing your own state and emotions. The tools are direct, usable and shareable. Apply these skills at work, home, with your children and with yourself.

No experience in NLP needed. What is NLP? NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is used in helping professions, business and education. First developed 40 years ago, NLP has grown and spread as a set of practical, learnable and helpful skills. NLP (mind-words-action) is a practical set of tools for influencing how our minds code experiences. This conditioning runs how we set goals, communicate, interpret events, motivate ourselves and get stuck. If we understand how, we can move more easily in the direction we really want to go towards.
