PE182B Int Group Fitness
Promotes maintenance or improvement of fitness, health, and overall wellness through structured group fitness classes. Covers knowledge and skills for performing more advanced group fitness exercises safely. The focus of the course and skills learned will vary by campus, term, and/or instructor. Emphasizing improved cardiorespiratory conditioning, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, and skill-related fitness (balance, speed, agility, reaction time, coordination).
