Includes dynamics of change, cultural diversity, substance abuse, work stress, ethics and social responsibility, and the challenges of globalization. This course will aid students in understanding how to become a more effective employee or manager by employing human relations strategies. These strategies can be effectively applied to your own behavior as well as used to better understand the motivations of co-workers and employees.
