Improves fitness through self-paced walking programs designed to increase the frequency and duration of regular workouts. Incorporate a walking program into a total fitness program for future use. Recommended: Beginning Fitness and Walking or average fitness level. Audit available. (For detailed information, see the Course Content and Outcome Guide ).
