Contribute Help Menu

The Help Menu in Contribute has a couple options to assist you. First there is a search box that will point you to exactly what it thinks you are looking for and there are links to Adobe's Contribute Help website and Contribute's built-in tutorial.

How-to videos on multiple software packages, including Adobe Contribute.

Contribute Forum

Users post questions and other users answer them. You can search the forum to see if someone has had the same issue as you are having. Or you can create an Adobe User account and post your own question.
