Late payment penalties will be removed if the appeal was in process prior to the fee assessment or if it is verified that you did not receive any of your billing invoices. |

Child care charges |
If your child will no longer be attending, two weeks advance notification is required in order to be considered for an account adjustment. Any exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. |
| PCC Libraries, all campuses |

Library fines may be appealed directly to the PCC Libraries. Contact the library on the campus where the charge was incurred. |
