Past Due Accounts

Full payment of your account balance must be received when due. One week after the due date, a late payment penalty of up to 10 percent of your account balance will be assessed. At that time, a hold will also be placed on future registration and transcripts.

Beginning Summer 2012, your courses are subject to deletion if you fail to pay or complete your payment arrangements when due. Do not, however, rely on the deletion to remove you from courses. It is up to you to drop courses you will be unable to attend!

Past due accounts may also be referred to the Oregon Department of Revenue and other outside collection agencies. Accounts in collection may be subject to additional collection charges, attorney fees, garnisheeing of wages and credit impairment.

If your account is repeatedly past due or has been in collections, the college may drop you from classes, or require you to pay future registration fees immediately upon enrollment.

The college reserves the right to institutionally withdraw you if your account becomes past due or has an unpaid balance from a prior term.

Transcript requests on past due accounts are processed 15 days after receipt of payment by check. To avoid this delay, please pay by cash or bank card.
