Getting Started
Applying for financial aid is easy and confidential. Click on the various links below for instructions regarding the application process and general information about financial aid.
Apply early! The best time to apply is between January and March for the following fall term. Applications are accepted after that time and throughout the year, although funds may be limited for applications completed after March 1. You must reapply each year for financial aid.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen.
- Be registered with Selective Service, if required.
- Attend a participating college, such as PCC.
- Be working toward an eligible degree or certificate.
- Make satisfactory academic progress.
- Not owe a refund on a federal grant or be in default on a federal education loan.
- Have financial need (except for PLUS and Unsubsidized Stafford Loans).
