Proctored Examination Procedures (campus-specific)

In addition to the policies listed below, you must also familiarize yourself with the general Proctored Examination policies and procedures which apply to all PCC campuses.

Please refer to the campus that you intend to use for your testing needs and follow the procedures outlined there. While the available days and hours for your local campus may not be convenient for your schedule, chances are good that testing at another campus may be the best option.

Cascade Campus

Appointments:
Required for all Proctored Examinations
Schedule:
Mondays: 4pm; Tuesdays: 9am; Wednesdays: 12 noon

Rock Creek Campus

Make-up testing procedures are outlined below and in more detail on the Proctored Examination web page.

Not required.
Schedule:

Monday: 1pm to 3pm; Tuesday: 9am to 12 noon; Thursday: 4pm-8pm

Please note the changed schedule for finals week below.

Finals Week Schedule:

Monday, June 9: 1pm to 3pm; Tuesday, June 10: 9am to 12 noon; Wednesday, June 11: 1pm to 3pm; Thursday, June 12: Closed; Friday, June 13: Closed;

Instructors fill out the Proctored Examination instruction form and forward with the test to:

Distance Learning Instructors teaching at locations other than Rock Creek may e-mail tests to Shawna Poppe with basic instructions (i.e., Time Limit, Calculator?, Scranton?, Notes?, Books?, and any other test info).

Students, please note:
  • Students must bring valid photo I.D. when they come to take their exam.
  • Students will not be admitted for testing in the last hour of the Proctored Examination period.
  • Students will not be allowed to test unless they have at least half of the specified 'maximum time limit' remaining in the test session when they arrive. Please plan accordingly.
  • Students with disabilities requiring accommodations must contact the Office of Students with Disabilities (OSD).

Southeast Center

Appointments:
Required for all Proctored Examinations
